Pirlo and Becks on either side of the midfield, with a holding/defensive midfielder in the center. This would require both these players to run around and defend, which I'm not sure how good are these players at doing. However, this is not the only dimension we should look at. Introduction of Becks, give our coach ability to alter formations during a match. Lets say we are facing a difficult opponent and we are not able to breach the defense with our 433.
