On Inter V Chelsea. well, I hate Inter. But I would hate them more if they did not make a good statement for Italian football. If they consider themselves the best team in the peninsula, then they really have to make a good account of Italian football in the UCL. I do not want to see them win it, but for the sake of Serie A keeping four UCL spots, I do want them to go well.
At the end of the day, they are an Italian side playing an English side and though I hate Inter, it always hurts to see an English side beat an Italian side. I am going for Inter. there I said it. Hope you all understand.

As for Abbiati, I am relieved. His fine performances surely have secured his place as number one. That means we do not have to worry about Dida-like mistakes.

The finishing against Man U was nonexistent.
Against Fiorentina, we were clinical and look at the difference it made. We were lucky too, very lucky, but in football, to succeed you always need a bit of luck.

Leo did very well with his substitutions. He made all the correct moves by bringing on Flamini instead of Beckham and of course by bringing on Huntelaar and keeping Borriello on the pitch. Leo is a great coach and I hope he stays too.
With a few new buys over the summer, next year we can be a very strong side.

abbiati was a madman yesterday. while i think dida is a quality goalkeeper and often makes really crucial saves, they rarely compare to the saves that abbiati was forced to make

Where was this finishing against Man U?
It’s always going to be tough dominating away to Fiorentina. We were due a bit of good luck but I would have preferred it in the Champions League to be honest.

Leonardo deserves credit for making the right substitutions in this match, I hope he stays next season and gets some money for the transfer window. The backbone of our team is likely to be at the world cup and we will need more depth next season.

I didn’t know who to support in the Inter Vs Chelsea game last night. On one hand I wanted Inter humbled and humiliated for obvious reasons but on the other I wanted Inter to prove that seria A is still competetive and not as rubbish as everyone makes out. Plus there is the concern that the 4th qualifying spot will be lost. What were your thoughts on that? Ideally Milan will be the team that goes through, but the have arguably one of the hardest tasks in club football: win by 2 clear goals at old trafford.
