I would stick with Borriello. Purely for the reason that he is stronger then KJH and is therefore able to hold the ball up and invite team mates into play.

This is his best attribute and in a 4-3-3 like the one we use, you need a strong striker.

Huntelaar does not have this strength. Huntelaar is more suited to playing a system with a second striker.

So I would choose Borriello.

Also, with Pato back, we do not have to worry so much about Borriello’s lack of finishing ability for Pato is absolutely clinical.

In all it was a great game. If we play like that at OT and if our shots are on target, Milan will surely qualify for the next round.

Dzeko is my choice still. He is a gem and more importantly, up and coming. He still has much to prove and at Milan he will have the chance to prove himself to the world.

That was such a bitter-sweet game to watch. The two best chances were Borriello cutting in from the right where the keeper saved and, as you mentioned, Hunterlaar’s header which went over.

Both of those chances should have been put away with ease and how different would the league look now if they had of been.

On the plus side, Milan played brilliantly. The team were quick and the movements fluid. I hope Leo works on finishing during training in the next few days. We will need to take our chances against Man Utd but if we put in another performance like this then we do stand a chance. Hopefully the team won’t be too tired from this game on Wednesday.

Ronaldinho looked very good again but I do feel like he needs to take a shot himself sometimes (my only critism).

Out of Borriello & Hunterlaar who would you pick to play against Man Utd? I would stick with Borriello.

In the first half he was played through by Ronaldinho, but fluffed his shot wide.

In the second half, Ronaldinho chipped the ball to him but he missed it. Had he got on to the ball, from six yards out he could not have missed.

Yes, he did well to create that chance, but missing that chance made it three misses of which two were glaring misses.

Do you not agree?

Drogba and Torres are a different story. They would have buried at least one of those chances.

Come the summer, we need a striker of their calibre.
