Milan may have been top of the table at the time, but, like in so many of their recent encounters at the Stadio via del Mare they struggled to hit top form away to Lecce last season.
In all the team registered just three shots on target, but, one is at least worth remembering. Ibrahimovic’s striker on 49 minutes was completely ‘out of nowhere’ and it almost was enough for Milan to sneak a win. But, perhaps deservedly, the home side did snatch a late equaliser as honours were shared.
So, here it is, his wonderful strike again.
